We mentioned Dark and Stormy's during the outtakes, so here is two different recipes for them 

2 count sailor Jerry over ice, a splash of lime juice, fill with bundeberg ginger beer.

If no ginger beer, replace with Canada dry and a pinch of sugar.

2 ounces dark rum poured into an iced highball of your preferred ginger beer, so that the rum kinda sits on top. Serve without stirring for the iconic dark and stormy look. I make spiced rum by putting a half a teaspoon of chinese five spice into a bottle of black seal for ~8 hours and then filtering through a coffee filter
